What is ArxDeck?
Product overview, audience, and invite-only access for ArxDeck.
What is ArxDeck?
ArxDeck is a project management and ticket orchestration app for solo builders, side projects, and anyone experimenting with AI workflows who wants a ready-made setup without stitching tools together.
Instead of splitting planning in one tool and agent execution in another, ArxDeck keeps tickets, workflow status, agent runs, comments, knowledge, and integrations in one place. You define how work moves through statuses, when agents should run, and what happens on success or failure — then review outcomes on the ticket itself.
Who ArxDeck is for
ArxDeck fits people and teams who:
- Want a ticket board with workflows, agents, and integrations in one place — without assembling the stack themselves
- Run or evaluate AI agents on real tickets (code changes, reviews, setup assistance)
- Track work as tickets with clear workflow states and ownership
- Prefer invite-only access for now with organization-scoped projects (self-serve signup is planned later this year)
Solo builders and side projects are the primary audience: one person can set up a project, define workflows, and run agents end to end. Teams are a strong secondary fit — ArxDeck supports multi-member projects, organizations, and shared credentials when collaboration grows.
Individual contributors use tickets, chat, and comments day to day. Project admins configure workflows, agents, GitHub, webhooks, and optional Publish deployments. Organization admins manage API credentials shared across projects.
Invite-only access (for now)
ArxDeck does not offer public self-serve signup on the marketing site today. Self-serve signup is planned later this year. Access works like this:
- Someone with admin rights invites you by email (organization, project, or platform level depending on role).
- You accept the invitation and create an account or sign in with an existing account.
- You land in the dashboard with access to the projects and roles granted by that invite.
If you need access, contact the ArxDeck team at contact@arxdeck.ai or ask your project admin for an invite.
What you can do in ArxDeck
At a high level:
- Projects group tickets, members, workflows, and settings
- Tickets are the unit of tracked work (status, assignee, comments, custom fields, agent runs)
- Workflows define statuses and automations that react to ticket changes
- Task templates & runs power multi-step automated jobs on tickets
- Agents run on tickets or in project chat via cloud providers, OpenRouter, or a local desktop client
- Knowledge stores durable project memory (decisions, ideas, constraints)
- Chat & proposals let humans and agents propose changes that reviewers approve before they apply
- Integrations connect GitHub, MCP clients, managed deployments, webhooks, and external feedback apps
