Getting started

How to request access, sign in, and orient yourself after your first login.

Getting started

This page describes the conceptual onboarding path for ArxDeck. It does not walk through every admin setting — those live under Integrations and in product docs for each feature.

Before you have an account

ArxDeck is invite-only for now. Self-serve signup is planned later this year. To get access today:

  1. Contact the ArxDeck team at contact@arxdeck.ai and describe your use case, or ask your organization's ArxDeck admin to send you an invite.
  2. Watch for an invitation email with a link to accept the invite.
  3. Create an account (email/password or Google, if enabled for your deployment) or sign in if you already have credentials.

There is no public signup form on the marketing site. An invitation is required.

After you sign in

Once authenticated, you typically:

  1. Open the dashboard — you see projects you belong to (or an empty state if none are assigned yet).
  2. Join a project — if your invite was project-scoped, that project appears in the sidebar. Organization-wide invites may require an admin to add you to specific projects.
  3. Explore the ticket board — open Tickets for a project to browse, filter, and open ticket detail pages.
  4. Create or view tickets — members and admins with create permission can add tickets; viewers can read existing work.
  5. Use chat and knowledge — project chat and the knowledge base hold discussion and durable context agents can read during runs.

Your role (project admin, member, or viewer) determines whether you can change settings, edit tickets, or only read.

Optional next steps

When you are ready to go deeper:

  • ArxDeck Helper — start a Helper chat to get guided setup proposals for workflows, agents, and other configuration (ArxDeck Helper)
  • Integrations — connect GitHub, enable MCP for agents, turn on feedback ingest, or configure webhooks (Integrations overview)
  • Workflow automations — define what happens when a ticket enters a status (Workflow automations)
  • Task templates & runs — multi-step automated jobs on tickets (Task templates & runs)
